Design and fabrication of a protective system mounted on existing rolling shelving units. The work required careful integration with the existing structure, meeting weight and space limitations while maintaining a clean visual presence. The system was engineered to divert fluids away from stored artworks and to interlock as an independent assembly, remaining functional whether the shelving units were separated or grouped.
